It is difficult to ignore the changes made as a result of the exploding numbers of photographs taken. Designed to enhance this festival of pixel is Microsoft's Photosynth.
This software stitches your shots of particular scenes with no complication. What's more, it can do it with other people's shots of the same subject. This means that overalapping shots of attractions makes for an interesting distraction. Take some photos and have a play.
Quick tups: overlap your photos by 50% and try to shoot landscape. Yes, I know, portrait has always been the choice for stictching. Indulge me. Give it a go.
Here is one for you to look at: Xmas Living Room

Sport England have undertaken a wide ranging survey across many sports. The results were published on November 5th 2009. I am particularly interested in the basketball findings. The finding themselves were in Powerpoint format so to make it more widely accessible I have converted the Powerpoint presentation into Adobe's PDF format.
You can download the file from here: Sport England Basketball survey 2009

I'm a relatively recent Mac convert so the arrival of Snow Leopard was one to be welcomed. Faster and smaller were the main features with an added bonus of an analyser built into the new Xcode. What could possibly go wrong? Enter Vodafone from stage left.

There are many resources you can call upon to find out information about computers. Indeed, the danger of overload is very real. Few sources are as interesting as Blecthley Park and few are more inspiring for the geek.
